Support Cart

In this demonstration we will see how to use the Support Cart in OAM, using Hosts page as an example. Other pages can also be used.
Responsibility: System Administration
1- Navigate Oracle Application Manager > Site Map > Administration > Hosts (under system configuration)
2- Add the page to support cart using the button "Add to Support Cart" , provide description.
3- Navigate to Support Cart using the Support Cart global button or link.
4- For Description tab, enter information for the SR and press update.

5- Navigate to Applications Signature tab. Select "Product Information" in the Generic region and select the delete button. Click Collect.

6-Optional - Navigate to the Other Information Collected tab. You should see the page below. Click the icon in the view column to review the Hosts page.


7- Save the page using Save Cart button. Click Save and give zip file a suitable name.

8- On Other Information tab, select "oam/node/nodeList" and click delete to delete this page. The Hosts page will be delete from the table.
9- Click the Restore Cart button. From the Restore Cart Content  page, user Browse button to find and select your previously zipped file. Click Restore. Your Hosts page will be back in Support Cart.
