Auditing Resources

In this demonstration, we will look at the results of several Signon Audit reports. We will test Monitor Users form. We want the following from this demonstration.
- Determine what concurrent programs were run
- Determine what responsibilities and users have been accessed.
- What forms have been accessed


Run the Signon Audit Reports
Responsibility: System Administrator
1- Navigate tor Requests > Run, Click OK to accept the default to Submit a single request. Click the LOV to get a list of all reports available for you to run. Select the "Signon Audit Responsibilities" report.

2- Enter in the parameter window, Sort by: User Name, From request start time: One week ago and then click submit



3- Submit another request, Select "Signon Audit Forms" report. Enter in the parameter form
Sort By: Form Name
Form request start time: One week ago.

4- Navigate Requests > View, and view each report as below




Monitor Users
1- Navigate Security > User > Monitor, Query up your user and  note the activity.

2- Navigate Profile > System, Find the "Sign-On:Audit Level" profile option at the user level for your specific signon. Change it to "FORM" or "NONE", this change will enable some difference.


Save work and sign off and on again, Navigate Security > User > Monitor, review the changes in the form.
