Define Job Key Flexfield Structure

1- Create Segemnt, (N) Application > Flexfield > Key > Segments.  Select an empty row in the structures region to create a new structure. Enter IUB_JOB_FLEXFIELD in the Code Field.  

2-Click Segments to add the following segments in the Segments Summary window.

Name	Column	No.
Job Name	Segment 1	1
Job Code	Segment 2	2

3- create Value Sets,  using the following details:

Place the cursor in the Value Set field and click the Value Set button to create value sets.

For Segment	Name	Format Type	Maximum Size	Validation Type
Job Name	IUB Job Name	Char	20	Independent
Job Code	IUB Job Code	Char	20	Dependent (Validation depends on the values entered in the Job Name segment.)
