The following error was raised when clicking on any link which opens Oracle Form from the OAM.
After investigation , just do the following for the IE8 and it will resolve the issue
Add the Application/middle tier server to local intranet in IE8 (Tools > Internet Options > Local Intranet > Advance > Add)
